Supervision Required

  • This product is not a life-saving device and should never be used as a substitute for adult supervision.

  • Children must be under constant adult supervision when using this product, whether on land, near water, or in water.

Use Guidelines

  • Designed for temporary seating support for infants within the recommended age and weight range.

  • Do not leave children unattended at any time while seated.

  • Do not use on elevated or unstable surfaces.

  • Keep away from sharp objects, heat sources, or hazardous environments that may puncture or damage the product.

  • When using near water (such as pools, beaches, or baths), an adult must maintain hands-on supervision at all times.

The customer agrees to hold harmless TheComfortStop and all affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries (including serious injury or death) that may occur during the use or misuse of this product, whether in water or on land.

Use of this product constitutes acceptance of these terms.
